How Much Does Past Life Regression Therapy Cost?

You want to know what this costs before you get in touch.

That's reasonable.

And if some part of you feels awkward asking about money for something this personal — I understand that too. People apologise to me for asking. They shouldn't. Cost is part of the decision. Pretending it isn't doesn't help anybody.

So let me be straight with you about what I can answer here and what I can't.

Why There Isn't a Number on This Page

I don't publish a price list.

I want to explain why, because I know how it looks when someone won't say.

If I put one figure up, it would be wrong for most of the people reading it. Someone coming for a single session isn't making the same decision as someone working through something that's been with them for twenty years. Quoting one number would mean quoting the wrong one to nearly everyone.

What I can do is tell you exactly what moves the figure, so you're not guessing.

What Actually Affects the Cost

A few things change the number, and they're the same things across most practitioners:

  • how long the session runs

  • whether you're coming once or returning

  • the practitioner's training, and how many years they've been doing this

  • where they're based, and what that market looks like

  • how much support sits around the session itself

That last one gets overlooked, and it's often where the real difference is between two people charging very different amounts.

What a Session Actually Includes

The hour you're in the room is not the whole of it.

Before we start there's preparation on my side and an intake conversation, so I understand what you're bringing rather than discovering it halfway through. After the session there's time to settle before you go anywhere. And there's contact afterwards, because things sometimes surface in the days that follow and you shouldn't be alone with that.

When you compare two practitioners on price alone, this is usually the part that isn't visible.

Ask what happens after the session ends. The answer tells you a lot.

Why There Is No Fixed Package

I don't sell blocks of sessions.

Selling you five sessions before we've had one means deciding, in advance, how much support you need — and I don't know that yet. Neither do you. What I've also noticed is that people who've paid upfront feel obliged to use what they've bought, even when their own sense of it says something different. That pressure works against the work.

We arrange sessions one at a time. You decide each time.

Online and In Person

The cost is broadly the same either way.

The session runs the same length, takes the same preparation, and reaches the same depth. What changes is everything around it — travel, time off, whether you have somewhere quiet to come back to afterwards.

Most of the people I work with are online. If you're in Fort Collins or Northern Colorado, in person is there.

How Many Sessions People Usually Explore

Some people come once.

They get what they came for, sit with it, and that's the end of it.

Others find one session opens something that wants more time, and they return over a few months. Neither is the correct version. If someone tells you in advance exactly how many sessions your history will need, be careful, they're describing a product, not a process.

If you want to understand the work itself before you weigh the cost, I've written about what past life regression therapy actually is.

What to Compare When You're Looking at More Than One Practitioner

Price is the easiest thing to compare and the least useful.

Here's what I'd look at instead:

  • what they're actually certified in, and by whom

  • whether they work in a trauma-informed way, or treat regression as an interesting experience

  • what they do if something difficult surfaces mid-session

  • what support exists afterwards

  • whether they'll speak to you before you book anything

I trained through the Regression Academy and hold their Advanced Regression Therapy Certification. I'm a member of the EARTh Association and the Spiritual Regression Therapy Association. My background is on the about page if you want to look at it properly.

Ask the same questions of everyone you're considering. The answers will separate them faster than the prices will.

Why the Clarity Call Exists

This is where the honest answer lives.

Thirty minutes, free, no commitment attached to it. You tell me what's been going on. I tell you whether I think this work fits, what it would look like for you, and what it would cost. If I don't think I'm the right person, I'll say that instead.

Nobody should be committing money to something this personal off the back of a webpage.

If you'd rather start on your own first, the Meet Your Inner Guide Practice is a free, gentle way to get a feel for how this kind of work sits with you before you speak to anyone.

And if you want to read how I work before we talk, the past life regression therapy page covers it.

Ready to Ask Directly?

You don't have to decide anything on the call.

You're allowed to ask what it costs, ask what's included, and go away and think about it. That's what it's for.
